Razer's Heated Gaming Chair Keeps Players Warm During Long Sessions
Razer's Latest Gaming Accessory Will Warm Your Butt This Winter
Razer, a company known for its gaming peripherals and laptops, has unveiled its latest creation: the Project Lazarus, a concept gaming chair that incorporates heating technology. The chair was showcased at CES 2024.
Built on the foundation of the Iskur gaming chair, Project Lazarus introduces heat zones designed to provide targeted warmth. Razer claims these zones can dynamically adjust temperatures based on the user's body heat, ensuring optimal comfort during extended gaming sessions. This feature is particularly relevant during colder months.
The concept chair also features a 16-inch OLED screen, embedded within the headrest. Although details about its functionality remain sparse, it is expected to offer information displays or enhance immersion during gameplay.
Project Lazarus is still in the concept phase, and Razer has not disclosed any pricing or availability details.
In addition to the heated chair, Razer introduced other products at CES, including the Blade 16 and Blade 18 laptops, both featuring mini-LED displays and updated internals like the 13th-gen Intel Core i9 HX chips and Nvidia's RTX 40 series GPUs.
Other CES announcements from Razer include the Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar with head-tracking AI technology, and the Kiyo Pro Ultra webcam equipped with a larger sensor for improved image quality in various lighting conditions.
