Dell Technologies is mandating a full-time office return for employees located near its Texas headquarters. The company informed these workers they must transition to working from the office five days a week. This shift aligns with Dell's wider hybrid work strategy, which allows most employees flexibility but emphasizes the importance of in-person collaboration for specific teams and roles. The policy change is being implemented gradually throughout 2025.
