Azerbaijan's non-oil exports surged by 16.7% in the first seven months of 2023, reaching $2.48 billion. The growth was largely driven by the non-oil industrial sector, where exports climbed by 23.5%, totaling $1.59 billion. This positive trend contributed to a 14.6% overall increase in Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover, which amounted to $28.57 billion during the January-July period. Of this, exports accounted for $17.04 billion, a 6.4% rise, while imports saw a more substantial jump of 26.8%, hitting $11.53 billion.
