Pastel Blue Home Office: A Design Regret

Opting for a pastel blue in my home office, initially envisioned as a serene and productive space, quickly revealed itself to be a design misstep. The pale hue, while calming, proved surprisingly distracting and energy-sapping. Tasks requiring focus felt more challenging, and the room's overall ambiance leaned towards sleepy rather than inspiring. The light, airy quality I'd hoped for translated into a washed-out, almost clinical feel, ultimately hindering rather than enhancing my work flow.
