Japanese Palette Table Wins International Design Award
The Palette coffee table, created by Japanese designer Ryosuke Fukusada, has been honored with the International Furniture Design Competition Asahikawa 2023 Gold Leaf Award. The table's unique design incorporates multiple wooden "trays" of varying sizes and heights, resembling an artist's palette, which can be rearranged to suit individual needs. This adaptable functionality and playful aesthetic impressed the judges, earning Fukusada the top prize in the competition.
